50% Payment in the period of 14 days after the booking is confirmed
50% Payment not later than 4 weeks before the commencement of accommodation
In the event of the Client’s cancellation of the booked accommodation onboard due to any reason whatsoever, he/she shall be obliged to notify Ocean Pure thereof in writing, and in respect, he shall be charged for amend as follows:
From 90days prior to sailing 50% of the total amount
From 89 days, up to the 61 days prior to sailing 75% of the total amount
From 60 days, up to and including on the day of the sailing 100% of total amount
The date of the receipt of the cancellation notice in writing shall be the basis for the settlement of the stated cancellation charges.
Should the Client’s cancellation be caused by the Force Majeure, or any objective reasons whatsoever (serious damage of the vessel during prior bookings), the Client shall be reimbursed by:
A compensation vessel with the same or similar features and equipment without any delay, or 100% of all monies paid in respect thereof
We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances such as an emergency medical evacuation or any insurance for water sports, scuba diving
Dives are made at the divers own risk and proof of dive certificate will be required.
Crew tips are welcome and appreciated but are not mandatory
